To desire to stay focused and walk with the Lord is great and would really please the Lord. But you must be willing to pay the price to follow the Lord with singleness of focus. Let no one deceive you. (Matt. 7:13-14; Luke 14:25-33). The reward of being focused on the Lord alone is unquantifiable. Your life can never be the same. It’ll be a life of constant dominion and victory over the many wiles of the devil, and that’s what Christ shed His Blood to bring to you (Rom. 5:17). You require grace to walk with the Lord and you must ask Him for that grace. “……Yet you do not have because you do not ask. We should hold the word of God and His promises to us as true, faithful and final over and above our negative circumstances.
